On Monday, July 17, 2023, the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters conclude that in South Korea, 49 deaths had been held just due to strong Rain floods. While more than 10,000 people have been transferred to safer areas.
In the capital, Seoul, South Korea has been raining for the last 7 days. The southeastern province of North Gyeongsang was hard hit, with 19 casualties reported so far, Seoul-based Yonhap News reported.
Many people have been injured in this disaster. Even many of the children are afraid of this incident. The search and Rescue team has performed their duties and people’s lives. Reporters have also found the dead bodies inside the bus. Still, the vehicles are also submerged in the floods. The news agency has fear and also said, “Casualties could rise”.
Doctors, Rescues, and Workers are still on their duties. They are trying their best by draining out the water and providing them with treatment facilities.
