Sparring/ Boxing Training

Deji said he hadn’t sparred enough after losing against Jake Paul. Sparring is the foundation of boxing training. Deji Olatunji currently works out consistently and efficiently, but his trainer said he sometimes overtrains. Shadow Deji has been training by boxing or using a boxing bag for a while. To simulate ring movements, he fights high-quality players constantly.

Boxing is for everyone. Those who do it consistently build a strong mind and body. Deji learns from his older brother KSI, who is now a boxer. Sparring is about developing gaming skills quickly and efficiently.

Running and HIIT

Deji’s trainer is amazed by his dedication and makes him run. Running, usually for warmup, helps Deji gain endurance. The guy adds HIIT training, where you run quickly for a short time and recover for 30 seconds. Thus, Deji does not run a 5-mile treadmill at a steady speed. He builds slim, efficient muscles, not large, slow ones.

His current fitness trainer says Deji has had mentality issues, but he is now disciplined in his training routine. This exercise improves muscular endurance and simulates a ring-like fitness test where you throw hard punches with no rest.

Strength and Conditioning

The YouTuber now does a lot of functional training routines, such as push-ups, chin-ups, pull-ups, crunches, planks, and leg lifts, to get stronger and in better shape. On days when he works on strength and conditioning, he also does a mix of Callisthenics and Shadow Boxing.

Even though these are pretty simple exercises, doing them regularly will help you get really reliable effects over time. These are mostly movements where you put your own body weight on the bar. They help build muscle and burn a lot of calories over time.

Rest and Recovery

The player also takes time to rest and get better. His trainer focuses on quick healing, so the plan is to gradually add more work to the workouts instead of doing hard workouts every day. So, he regularly checks his workload and makes sure he has enough time to rest and recharge with good food and deep sleep. You May Like Also: Nostalgia fall huy cuong • afternoon dream • 2021

Deji Olatunji Diet Plan

Because it was hard for Deji to think like a Boxer, he had to be very dedicated to his eating habits as well. So, Deji completely changed the kinds of food he ate. The guy used to eat a lot of junk food and even did a lot of those food-eating tasks. This was bad for his health, so the actor worked very hard to stay consistent and follow the rules this time.

Regular Small Meals

Instead of a huge supper, Deji ate 5–6 meals a day. This gave him ample energy to work out twice a day without becoming tired.

His diet was high in protein, which regenerates muscles. He avoided processed meats and ate steamed or lightly cooked chicken, fish, eggs, tofu, and beans for protein. Greek yogurt, salads, and whole-grain toasts were also healthy for him.

He ate carbs two hours before exercise. This included fruits, vegetables, plain rice, and complex carbs like quinoa and muesli.

He protected his hydration and fat sources like avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil.
